Isabelle Chatel de Brancion is a RIBA-qualified architect and Executive MBA graduate from London Business School, now leading market development for Land & Property at Ordnance Survey. With a career spanning architecture, entrepreneurship, and innovation, Isabelle brings a unique blend of creative vision and strategic insight to the geospatial sector.
Previously Business and Innovation Lead at Geovation—Ordnance Survey’s award-winning innovation hub—Isabelle played a pivotal role in accelerating early-stage PropTech and GeoTech startups. Her work focused on harnessing geospatial data to transform the built environment and drive sustainable development.
sabelle’s experience includes founding her own architectural practice and social impact tech startup and contributing to the UK PropTech Steering Board. She has worked across the UK, France, and Italy, and is passionate about enabling innovation that addresses real-world challenges in housing, infrastructure, and environmental resilience.
In her new role, Isabelle is focused on unlocking market opportunities and fostering strategic partnerships that leverage Ordnance Survey’s data and expertise to transform the land and property sector. She has recently been selected to join the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government’s College of Experts, recognising her leadership and expertise in shaping the future of the built environment.
